In the app
Profile → Delete account. This is the fastest route: you are already signed in, so nothing else has to be proved.
Two ways, and both work whether or not the app is still on your phone. Nothing is deleted until you confirm.
Profile → Delete account. This is the fastest route: you are already signed in, so nothing else has to be proved.
This deployment has no deletion address configured, so the app is the only route today.
Trips and itineraries, travel preferences, saved places, vehicle profiles, uploaded documents, push tokens, planning runs, everything you wrote in the community — posts, meetups, chat messages and the people you blocked — support conversations that are not part of an open dispute, and your sign-in identities.
Payment records, for as long as accounting law requires. Security logs, for up to twelve months. If anything you wrote was reported, a summary of what was reported and how it was resolved — counts and outcomes, not what you wrote. A record that a store purchase was already redeemed, with your name off it, so the same receipt cannot be used twice. A note that this address asked to be deleted, so the request is honoured rather than forgotten. Retained records are locked to that purpose: never used to contact you, never used in analytics.
There is a short grace period, so a request made in anger or by accident can be withdrawn. Signing in again during it cancels the deletion.
